About Diane

After leading a stressful working life for many years as a senior manager in a multi-national company I decided that there was more to life than stress, exhaustion and ill health. I spent five years training to a professional standard in nutrition and natural health therapies and undertake regular continuing professional development.
I am a Nutrition Therapy Council Registered Practitioner, a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutrtional Therapy and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists and am fully insured.

I work on a regular basis with palliative care patients and their carers providing the full range of therapies.

I undertake home visits or can travel to clients’ place of work for workshops or individual consultations.
I am happy to give talks on a variety of topics to interested groups and charitable organisations.

Building on the nutrition theme I have also recently completed a Baby Massage Instructors course. This is a wonderful therapy aimed at helping early digestive symptoms that most babies suffer as well as being relaxing and therapeutic for Mum.
